That cow jumping story was on "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" on NPR on Saturday. They always read three weird news stories, one of them is real and the other two are made up and the contestant has to guess the real one. Someone had brought in a newspaper clipping of that cow story to work so I already knew that was the true one. I was so excited to know the answer for once! I like the part where they say, "she'll only follow your commands if she feels like it." :-)
